There is nothing that can compare to the quietness of the morning. Birds are singing in full orchestrated harmony, (Using many different languages of course) rooster crowing, an occasional car passes by, the hum of the air condition unit. The morning is filled with so many awesome sounds - Notice it is only filled with sounds and "No" words. I wonder what all of nature is trying to communicate to us?
Only a few people will take the time to sit and enjoy this still quiet moment. It is during times like this we can meditate on the awesome wonder of God's creation. As I reflect upon the Sounds with no words this morning - I am reminded of how our God knows our every need. He reminds us in His word that "His eye is on the Sparrow...The Lilies of the fill toil not neither do they spin." Therefore how much more He must care for us His Crowning Glory of all creation. Have you ever noticed in the creation account when He created other things He said, "It was good," but when he created mankind He said, "It is Very Good." I am reminded this morning of the words of Jesus that says, "Be still and know that I am God." Oh that we all would take time to do this more often.
These Sounds Without Words will soon be silenced with neighbors stirring...phone ringing...TV's coming on...breakfast preparations...and many more words will soon be added to the day only to silent the birds singing, I wonder what all of nature was trying to convey to us this morning - Only if we had more time to sit and discern their message....It amazes me how nature becomes so much quieter once we begin to add our noise and our words...Even though words are powerful to inspire, encourage, motivate, communicate and many other positive usage of words...We can learn and communicate so many things even without words!
